Our CrossFit group classes constitute the heart of our program. These classes run throughout the day and are scheduled for one hour. Typically, members will be put through a dynamic and skill based warm up, a strength or technique workout, and a metabolic conditioning workout. All classes are scalable, providing safe and appropriately challenging workouts. These classes will highlight your strengths and expose your weaknesses. It is crucial to capitalize on the areas we are naturally gifted in, but more important to improve our liabilities thereby converting them into assets.
Our Competition class meets every Saturday at 8:00am. Each class is 60 minutes and is included in every U Turn Membership. Programming is focused on learning new skills, working on the movements we don’t always have time to practice during the week, and preparing for the CrossFit Open and other local CrossFit competitions.
Our Endurance class meets every Sunday at 10:00am. Each class is 60 minutes and is included in every U Turn Membership. Programming is focused on building athletic endurance through longer workouts performed with lighter weights. Endurance is a mix between high intensity and aerobic workouts designed to increase overall endurance.
This is a 2 week program that meets every Tuesday & Thursday from 6:30pm – 7:30pm, (4 total classes). YOUR 1ST CLASS IS FREE, but you must sign up online to reserve your spot. Each session will include a Coach led warm up, breakout session on one of the eight foundational CrossFit movements, and a Coach led workout.
