This is a 2 week program that meets every Tuesday & Thursday from 6:30pm – 7:30pm, (4 total classes).  YOUR 1ST CLASS IS FREE, but you must sign up online to reserve your spot by clicking the link below.

Each session will include

  • Coach led warm up
  • Breakout session on one of the 8 foundational CrossFit movements
  • Coach led workout
