If you are new to U Turn CrossFit, WELCOME! We’re glad you’ve decided to give CrossFit a try!

All first-timers get their 1st month membership  (4 week Foundations Beginners Classes) for only $49! These aren’t just your ordinary sessions, however. During these sessions we’ll go over a majority of the movements you’ll be doing in your CrossFit workouts (or WODs, as we call them). Week One of your Foundations will be the only time that you’ll have to be here on certain days. The Foundations Class must be completed before you can attend the regular classes, unless a Coach approves otherwise. Foundations Classes start every Monday (unless a Coach approves otherwise).

WEEK 1 (**DAY ONE MUST BE ON A MONDAY)

Monday, Wednesday & Friday at any of the following times

5:15am, 6:15am, 7:15am, 9:15am, 5:00pm, 6:00pm & 7:00pm (*No 7:00pm class on Friday)

Weeks 2-4

Come to regular  classes ANY DAY – ANY TIME for 3 weeks (a good chance to participate in the class you may frequent the most)
