This is where all the fun, excitement, camaraderie and competition happen. Our classes will provide you with the motivation you need to become exceptional and put the fun back in exercise. Under the watchful eye of our Coaches you will learn proper exercise form and technique.

Our classes are taught in a small group personal training format. Our Coaches don’t “lead” classes, you are instructed, taught and corrected every step of the way.

We offer several group fitness programs based on your individual goals.

CrossFit Group Classes:

Our CrossFit group classes constitute the heart of our program. These classes run throughout the day and are scheduled for one hour. Typically, members will be put through a dynamic and skill based warm up, a strength or technique workout, and a metabolic conditioning workout. All classes are scalable, providing safe and appropriately challenging workouts. These classes will highlight your strengths and expose your weaknesses. It is crucial to capitalize on the areas we are naturally gifted in, but more important to improve our liabilities thereby converting them into assets.

Foundation Classes (For first time CrossFitters):

This month long program is designed for those new to CrossFit and a new class starts every Monday. For the 1st Week – you will meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday at one of the following class times – 5:15am, 6:15am, 7:15am, 9:15am, 5:00pm, 6:00pm or 7:00pm. These classes will be separate from our regular CrossFit Classes and will focus on the basic foundational movements, emulating a typical CrossFit Group Class, although it will be scaled down for those just beginning their CrossFit journey. For the remaining 3 weeks, you can come to any regular CrossFit Group Classes (any scheduled class time – Monday thru Friday), however a Coach will be there to help guide you through each workout. This is a great chance for you to meet the other members that will be attending your preferred time.

CrossFit Olympic Lifting Class (Seasonal):

Athletes will learn the “Clean and Jerk” as well as the “Snatch”. This program is 100% included in a membership and serves to truly build an understanding of the finer points of these very technical movements. Athletes will become much more comfortable with the lifts and will notice great improvement both in the amount of weight they can lift, and the efficiency they can lift it with.
