Every Tuesday from 6:30pm to 8:00pm

This FREE CLASS is designed for those new to CrossFit.   This class will be separate from our regular CrossFit Classes and will focus on the goal setting, basic foundational movements, emulating a typical CrossFit Group Class, although it will be scaled down for those just beginning their CrossFit journey, as well as a general walk through and tour of our facility.
